Quite a number of spatial impacts of Information Communication Technologies (ICT’s) have been examined in this research. Information Communication Technologies (ICT’s) had transformed the world into a global village of interconnected networks. ICT’s therefore are regarded as all embracing terms that refers to the devices used in creating, storing, processing, and exchanging information electronically as well as the design and practical application of these devices themselves.

Information Communication Technologies (ICT’s) had transformed the old method of teaching-learning process to a more sophisticated means. But it is unfortunate that large percentage of the primary and secondary schools in Katsina metropolis are lagging behind in terms of implementing ICT’s in teaching learning process. The challenges confronting the implementation of ICT’s in urban Katsina, according to the research findings include power shortage, corruption, poor maintenance of the available ICT equipments, financial problem and the nonchalance attitude of people towards utilization of the ICT equipments in learning.
